fuyutsuki (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Fuyutsuki. Character design by Shizuma Yoshinori, voiced by Uesaka Sumire.
She is portrayed with long white hair done one side up with a hachimaki and fire control director, and grey eyes. Her default outfit, while still based on the original Akizuki-class template, diverges somewhat from her elder sisters'. It comprises a white shirt with a white sailor collar, grey coat worn off shoulder, grey necktie, black gloves, grey corset, black pleated skirt, grey checkered argyle thighhighs, and grey rudder footwear.
Her gear is mostly identical to the rest of the Akizuki-class except that the bow part is straight and only the exterior is clad, showing off the interior skeleton. She has her own pair of Chou-10cm-hou-chan. They are missing their flipper arms, are covered in scars and their eyes are closed, only being opened in her damaged CG, where their eyes are shown to be white on black, with a central pupil and glint design.
